Over the last 25 years, Al Hoffman, Founder and CEO, has mentored and coached over 100,000 sales people to new levels of professional achievement. His Eagle™ Business Value Selling ® Process Methodology is based on the battle planning and execution skills he learned as a United States Marine. Al enjoys a large following among senior executives many of whom attended Al’s early classes when they were beginning their sales careers. Al continues to be the creative force behind Sales Force Systems™’ training and skills development programs. He is also the chief architect of the process provided in the Business Value Selling ® software suite. It is Al's unique understanding of the executive-level selling process and his passion for developing the skill sets of sales professionals that differentiate SFS from the competition.
Mike Ehrensberger
Mike Ehrensberger, President and COO

Mike Ehrensberger is responsible for the day-to-day operation of SFS's software business and development of large accounts. Mike has extensive experience in senior sales management positions. His strength is his understanding of how to take a company to the “next level of business development effectivenss." Mike founded Leveraged Solutions in 1996, a Business Intelligence software and consulting company which he built and subsequently sold. Prior to that, he was Vice President of the Public Sector at NCR. His association with NCR was the result of NCR’s acquisition of Teradata. As a 10 year Teradata executive, Mike built the sales and support organization east of the Mississippi, established the retail vertical industry group and was instrumental in producing the results that led to a successful IPO and subsequent sale to NCR. Prior to Teradata, Mike was the Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Director of Manufacturing Software at Cincom Systems, a Cincinnati based proprietary software company.
Phil Myers
Bruce Parker, Managing Director

Bruce has over 30 years of C level expertise in leading and helping large corporations including AirNet Systems, Sapient, Ryder Systems, United Airlines and American Airlines, gain a competitive advantage and additional revenue through the use of advanced information technology. As CIO, Bruce has led organizations in the development of reservations systems, inventory, distribution, operational systems, customer information systems, internet marketing and distribution. He has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industries from both an operator and an electronic global distribution perspective, and significant international experience in systems development and business management in Europe and Asia.

Bruce served as CEO of AirNet System, a specialty air cargo company, that he turned around and then sold in late 2008, and as CEO of The IT Management Group that advises, manages and consults with IT organizations. As Executive Vice President of Sapient Corporation, a leading technology consulting firm, Bruce was responsible for corporate development, international growth initiatives, business development and relationships with multiple large clients. Bruce continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Bruce has an MBA from the University of Kansas.
